Virgin Mobile customers that are unable to call their CPR Guardian II
Virgin Media customers that are having an issue ringing their CPR Guardian II. If you contact Virgin Mobile and request that they remove the premium barring from your Sim, this will resolve the issue that is being experienced. Virgin Mobile think our numbers are from the Channel Islands or an International number but they are regulated UK numbers. Once the barring is removed you will not have this issue again.
