V5000 - How to reset the call blocker

To reset the Call Blocker back to factory settings – this will erase all numbers in the block list.

First ensure that the call blocker is set up in the standard set up, using the small black cable that was provided.


Solutions:

To reset the Call Blocker:

1.       Generate a dial tone on the phone the Call blocker is plugged into

2.       Press and hold the block now button until you hear a beep

3.       Enter *  * 1 # (hear a beep) * 1 # (hear a beep)

4.       Hang up

5.       The Screen will now display 0000 to indicate the reset was successful.
