V10000 - Add Number(s) to the Allow List

V10000 - Add Number(s) to the Allow List

There are 2 ways to add a number to the Allow list on the V10,000.

Method 1 - Using the Allow List button.

1. Get a dial tone on your phone.
2. Dial the number you want to add to the allow list.
3. When the number appears on the call blocker screen, press the "Allow List" button on the call blocker.
4. When you see the "Successful" message on the call blocker screen, hang up the phone.

Please note that when you enter the phone number, you must add it in exactly the same way it appears on your caller ID when they call you, so if your caller ID normally adds a 1 in front of the number, you would need to include the 1 when entering the number.

If you have any other numbers to add to the list, you would need to repeat the process for each number you want to add.

Method 2 - Using the programming code.

Please note, that for this method to work the call blocker must be connected in the standard set-up.

1. Get a dial tone on your phone.
2. Press and hold the "Block Now" button on the call blocker until you hear a beep through your phone.
3. Dial this code into your phone - **8# full telephone number to add to the allow list #
4. When you see the "Successful" message on the call blocker screen, hang up the phone.

Please note that when you enter the phone number, you must add it in exactly the same way it appears on your caller ID when they call you, so for example if your caller ID normally adds a 1 in front of the number, you would need to include the 1 when entering the number.
