I have Ooma phone service and it causes an invalid CID to display. Can I fix this?
YES. The problem lies within the Ooma "gingle" Dial tone. To fix this, go to your
Ooma login. Login and select Preferences then Devices, On the Devices Preferences screen find the little Blue Gear, below the device picture, usually the Telo unit. Click on the Blue Gear, Select EDIT. On the Edit Device screen Select the Dial Tone pull down arrow Select Regular and Save.
