If the Call Blocker screen is showing ‘ERROR’ – the most common cause for this is when there has been an interruption to the signal on the CPR Call Blocker.
With the Call Blocker reading all signals sent down the line, if it has not been able to read a signal (e.g. telephone line updates) it will place itself into an error state.
Disconnect the call blocker from the line for a minimum of 60 minutes and then reconnect, this will clear the issue.
